Bright person with outbound or inbound call centre experience who is an expert sales persons, team builder and team motivator. Person who has an interest in recruiting, training and developing telemarketer and / or customer service agents.

You will be responsible for a team of up to 6 to 10 sales consultants whom you shall coach, support and develop.
Your responsibilities include meeting a personal as well as a team sales and revenue performance target.
Also responsible to create supportive and disciplined team environment in which sales team can excel, and achieve targets on call volumes, quality of calls and other key performance criteria.

This position is ideally suited to a top performing sales person or call centre agent who has a target driven attitude, who is ambitious and seeking career and development growth opportunities.

A track record demonstrating performance and you should be a habitual achiever is essential.
Computer literacy and good written communications sills will be a distinct advantage.

The role of Team Leader offers excellent opportunities for advancement to Regional Sales manager position within 6 months to 1 year.
